Wise SCADA: Email / Notifications – Flexible Notification Management

Email / Notifications – Flexible Notification Management

Wise SCADA software supports multiple communication channels for delivering notifications, including email, SMS, and Telegram. By defining multiple accounts, you can create separate notification flows for different alarms and events. With the Telegram Chat feature, operators can send messages from the field and receive incoming messages. For more advanced or specialized notification requirements, an MQTT-based notification structure can also be used.

Server – Flexible Multi-Protocol Communication Architecture

In Wise SCADA, you can configure an unlimited number of servers for various communication protocols. Through the Tag Synchronization screen, you can easily select which tags will be exposed to external systems, and with Modbus TCP Slave mode, other devices can directly access SCADA tags. Thanks to HTTP and WebSocket support, exchanging data with web applications is also extremely easy. Within a single project, hundreds of servers and clients can run simultaneously, and the entire structure can be managed seamlessly.

The Wise SCADA client architecture provides fast and reliable communication with servers using GET, SET, and Dynamic methods over the Wise SCADA and WebSocket protocols. Through the Tag Synchronization screen, you can easily select which tags will be read or written. Thanks to multi-server address support, if one server becomes unreachable, the system automatically connects to another configured server, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

MQTT Client – Multi-Broker and Flexible Communication

Wise SCADA software can connect to multiple MQTT brokers simultaneously and operate as both a Publisher and a Subscriber. Through the Tag Synchronization screen, you can easily select which tags will be sent or received. Thanks to the MQTT structure, fast data exchange with mobile applications or third-party systems becomes possible; you can read and write topic values directly from your phone using free MQTT mobile applications.

Wise SCADA: Redundancy – Multi-Level Backup Architecture for Continuous Operation

Redundancy – Multi-Level Backup Architecture for Continuous Operation

Wise SCADA supports a multi-backup server architecture (Primary–Backup) for systems that require high availability. Real-time tag synchronization is performed between the Primary and Backup servers; therefore, when the Primary server becomes unavailable, the Backup server automatically takes over and the process continues without interruption. The connection status, error information, and verification results of each partner SCADA can be monitored instantly.

In addition, databases can also be synchronized; when a backup server becomes active again, it automatically retrieves any missing records from the Primary server to ensure data integrity. Thanks to this architecture, production and control processes remain safe, stable, and fully operational even in the event of hardware or network failures.

Web Server – Access SCADA Screens Through Any Web Browser

Wise SCADA allows you to view the screens you create through any web browser and provides limited control capabilities. You can define multiple web servers and assign different users and access permissions for each server. There are no restrictions on the number of screens or users. However, when many users view different pages simultaneously, system performance may be affected, so configuring the setup according to your requirements is recommended.

Wise SCADA: Tag – High-Performance and Unlimited Data Point Management

Tag – High-Performance and Unlimited Data Point Management

Wise SCADA allows you to define millions of tags across thousands of networks and devices. Depending on the protocol and device capabilities, hundreds of tag values can be read within just a few milliseconds; thanks to the parallel communication architecture, all networks communicate simultaneously to deliver maximum performance. With its flexible structure, you can stop and restart communication at runtime as needed.

The Tag Monitor tool enables you to track all tags in a single table, displaying the last read time, last write time, and last value change time for each tag individually. There is no limitation on the number of historical tags. The historian module is not sold as a separate package.

Screen – Powerful and Flexible Screen Design Tools

Wise SCADA features an advanced screen design tool that integrates Visual Studio components directly into the SCADA environment. You can use more than 50 objects and access all properties of each object through a detailed properties panel. With the powerful scripting infrastructure, you can write custom code for object events; during runtime, you can move, resize, or dynamically control objects.

Using container components, you can easily group your screens, and with the map object, you can add markers, lines, and polygons to create interactive map applications. Thanks to WebView2 support, web pages, video, and audio content can be embedded directly into the screen.

Map – Geo SCADA software

With our modern map component, you can use maps from various providers such as ArcGIS, Bing, Google, OpenStreetMap, and Yandex. Previously viewed locations are stored in the cache, allowing the map to be displayed even without an internet connection. It supports Map, Satellite, and Hybrid modes, and you can add markers, polygons, or routes.

Through tag interaction, these objects can be made visible or invisible. You can define tags for zoom and coordinates, and adjust the map’s position or zoom level by changing tag values.

You can also add form elements (Buttons, TextBoxes, etc.) inside the map and set them to appear only at specific zoom levels. These elements remain fixed at the coordinates you assign, maintaining their position on the map.

Alarm – Flexible, Powerful, and Fully Controllable Alarm Management

With our flexible alarm module, you can easily manage all alarm scenarios. Alarms can be grouped, disabled based on secondary conditions, and configured to trigger functions, scripts, or notifications when they occur or return to normal. Automatic alarm printouts can be generated using dot-matrix or standard printers.

On the runtime side, alarms are easily monitored and managed through the AlarmView component. Operators can add notes to alarms, edit them, and access historical records. With the reporting module, detailed reports can be generated from the alarm history.

Wise SCADA: Trigger – Automatic Actions Based on Conditions or Time

Trigger – Automatic Actions Based on Conditions or Time

With the Trigger module, you can execute functions both on tag changes and on a time basis. Triggers can be defined under different groups, and each trigger’s active/inactive state can be easily managed during runtime. Timer-based triggers can be used for automatic report generation, data archiving, or periodic operations.

Script – Advanced Coding and High Performance

Wise SCADA provides full .NET C# and VB support within its scripting infrastructure. Scripts can run globally or on a per-screen basis. Screen-level scripts can directly access all objects on the form, modify their properties, control animations, or define event-based behaviors.

For long-running operations, scripts can be executed asynchronously, ensuring that the SCADA interface never freezes or slows down. Direct tag access (e.g., Tag_1) and indirect access (e.g., Tag["Name"]) are both supported.

All functions provided by Wise SCADA can be executed from within a script. Thanks to this architecture, Wise SCADA offers exceptional flexibility for both standard automation tasks and complex workflows.

Soft PLC – Real-Time PLC System Running Inside SCADA

Soft PLC is a real-time PLC engine fully integrated into Wise SCADA. Without requiring any external hardware, you can communicate with other devices through serial ports or Ethernet simply by configuring the settings. By adding Fulmatic Remote IO modules, you can connect real hardware IOs to the system.

With its ladder editor, it provides a classic PLC programming experience. Any process calculations, control algorithms, or continuously running routines that you prefer not to write using C# or VB scripts can be implemented inside the Soft PLC.

Within the development environment, you can establish an online connection to the PLC running at runtime to perform real-time monitoring or make adjustments.

Report – Flexible and Powerful Reporting Infrastructure

The Report module allows you to generate fast and comprehensive reports from data stored in your database. SQL-based reports can be executed manually or automatically via Triggers. Report outputs can be displayed on the screen as tables or charts, and they can also be saved to disk in Excel or PDF format.

You can add details such as logos, titles, and footers, and customize the page layout. This makes it easy to produce both real-time operator reports and corporate archival reports.
